These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the application "Music Around" (the "App") provided by Music Around (the "Operator", "we"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

The App is designed for anonymous use, and accounts are created via Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for managing your account.

2. Your Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Violate any law or public order and morals
• Infringe the rights of others (intellectual property, privacy, etc.)
• Interfere with the operation of the App, gain unauthorized access, or reverse engineer it
• Distribute inappropriate or illegal content through Drops or other features

3. Content and Intellectual Property

Rights in song information, artwork, and similar materials shown in the App belong to their respective owners. Rights in the App and the materials we provide belong to us or the rightful owners.

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty as to its completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, and are not liable for damages arising from your use of the App.

5. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may change, suspend, or terminate the App without prior notice to you.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
