Music Around (the "Operator", "we") respects your privacy and collects the minimum information necessary. The App is designed to be fully anonymous.

We do not collect information that directly identifies you, such as display names, avatars, profile pictures, or your contacts.

3. Location Data

Location is used only when you create, search, or unlock a Drop, or center the map on your position. We do not access location in the background and request only "While In Use" permission. Nearby-search responses do not include your identifier.

Except as required by law, we do not sell or share collected information beyond the purposes above.

5. Advertising and Tracking (ATT)

The App shows ads via Google AdMob. Ad tracking may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), which requires your consent under App Tracking Transparency. The App works even without consent, showing non-personalized ads.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above or as required by law. Using Delete Account in the App removes data associated with you (profile, Drops, unlock history, points, play history, and the like).

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as needed. We will post significant changes on this page.
